As this is a one-of-a-kind item handmade by the artist, we cannot accept cancellations after shipping.
* If we determine that the receipt is intentionally refused, we may refuse to sell any subsequent products. Please be careful.
** Please note, this product is currently available in our store. If the doll sells in the physical store before you order is placed we will cancel and refund your order. In the case of cancellation we will contact you about the refund.
●We do not provide returns or refunds based on a customers preferences.
●If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or an inability to receive it, we will deduct the round-trip shipping charges and refund the amount before canceling the order. *No re-shipment will be made.
●The customer is responsible for all custom tax and duties.
●We will only be able to provide support if a package has been damaged in a shipping or handling accident. Please send a message to us with the contact form within 7 days of receiving the package. Once 7 days have passed since the receipt of the package, we will not respond to any inquiries.
●If you return the item without contacting us, we will not be able to provide a refund.
●Before shipping, our staff will do a quality check of the item. If by chance an item turns out to be defective in some way, the creator will have to fix it by hand. This may cause the shipment of the item to be delayed for an extended amount of time. *We will contact the customer as soon as the repair schedule is confirmed. If the creator is unfortunately unable to repair the item, we will provide a full refund.

Description.
The original doll is Apple Jamlicious.
I custom made her in the image of a natural girl who loves apples living in the forest.
Her face is sculpted and carefully made up with pastels, acrylic paints, and watercolor pencils.
I sprayed matte paint at each step of the process, but please be careful not to rub strongly.
Eyes are replaced with nice eyes given to me by the artist. Eyelashes are human eyelashes with a double layer of eyelashes.
Hair is default. I tied it at the side and added a lace ribbon.
The head has been opened carefully but there is a slight gap between the face and scalp.
The outfit was made by SiSHAP.

Blouse
Blouse made of cotton fabric. It is decorated with lace and frills. The ribbon at the neck is lace and can be removed. Snap buttons at the front for attaching and detaching.
Salopette
Made of cotton fabric. Decorated with metal fittings.
All pockets can hold things. Please put it on and off as it is.
Hair accessory
Made with lace and motifs. Please use it by tying it with lace.
Socks
Made of knit fabric. Decorated with lace ribbon.
Flower brooch
Made of silk flower artist's flowers and tea-dyed lace.
Please attach it to your favorite place as it is not sewn to your clothes.
The brooch is attached with a magnet, so please be careful when handling it.
Cage bag
Made of paper craft and lace.
Book
Made of paper and other materials. It is a midi-size book.
Apple
Made of resin clay, etc.
We use adhesive core, bond, piqué (fraying agent), hand-stitching, etc. depending on the part.
Please note that some parts may not be strong enough or detailed to the millimeter.
Please handle with care when changing clothes.
Please refrain from wearing for a long time to prevent color migration.
