As this is a one-of-a-kind item handmade by the artist, we cannot accept cancellations after shipping.
* If we determine that the receipt is intentionally refused, we may refuse to sell any subsequent products. Please be careful.
** Please note, this product is currently available in our store. If the doll sells in the physical store before you order is placed we will cancel and refund your order. In the case of cancellation we will contact you about the refund.
●We do not provide returns or refunds based on a customers preferences.
●If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or an inability to receive it, we will deduct the round-trip shipping charges and refund the amount before canceling the order. *No re-shipment will be made.

●We will only be able to provide support if a package has been damaged in a shipping or handling accident. Please send a message to us with the contact form within 7 days of receiving the package. Once 7 days have passed since the receipt of the package, we will not respond to any inquiries.

●Before shipping, our staff will do a quality check of the item. If by chance an item turns out to be defective in some way, the creator will have to fix it by hand. Description.
This is a work from the “Nostalgic Doll House III” exhibition held at Junie Moon Daikanyama.
Description of the work:
The front of the room has three large windows. On the right wall is a retractable door. The room has a simple stained glass window above the door.
To match the atmosphere of the room, the bench sofa and mantelpiece are all specially designed for this exhibition only.

Details of the work
・Walls and ceiling: white color.
・Floor: dark brown flooring is glossy.
The dollhouse and furniture are all aged. Please refrain if you do not like it.
The curtains are removable and may be frayed as they are left uncut.
The mirror has some scratches and stains from the beginning. There are also some bond overhangs. Please be aware of this.
Furniture and accessories are not fixed, so you can change the layout to your favorite position.
The chandelier can be hung from hooks on the ceiling.
The exterior is painted with plaster and paint and arranged with moss. The moss is bonded, but it may come off. Please understand this.
The roof is designed and painted to resemble a Western-style house.
The dollhouses and furniture are made of wood or MDF board and painted with water-based paint, varnish, or plaster. Please note that the colors may migrate if they get wet.
Due to the characteristics of wood, warping, cracking, unbonding, and peeling may occur depending on the environment of the room. Please understand this beforehand.
The dolls used in the photo shoot are not included.
The outside corners of the dollhouse are reinforced with metal fittings. The dollhouse is reinforced by attaching metal fittings to the outer corners of the dollhouse.
The color of the dollhouse may differ from the actual color depending on the monitor. Please understand that the actual color may differ depending on your monitor.
