To commemorate this 25th year of rebirth, we present to you Gwengelica, the angel―and her eternal light shines within us.
Created to celebrate the 25th anniversary, "Gwengelica" is an anniversary doll inspired by the image of an angel.
Like a gentle light, she warmly embraces everyone who loves Blythe.
Her ethereal fashion, as though she has gently drifted down from the heavens, is an elegant ensemble centered around pure white.
The bodice of the top is crafted from delicate lace fabric and accented with silver lace-up detailing. The sleeves are intentionally left softly gathered rather than tightly fitted, creating an airy silhouette that contrasts beautifully with the bodice and lends the design an even more graceful appearance. Silver lace trims the flared hem and sleeve cuffs, adding a subtle touch of shimmer.
The skirt is luxuriously crafted from multiple layers of soft fabrics, each with its own distinctive texture. A chiffon-and-lace overskirt is layered over the skirt, while a separate double-layered petticoat worn underneath creates a light, airy silhouette. The extended flared hem of the top completes the look, creating the impression of a single radiant gown.
The hair accessory features a delicate and beautiful design inspired by angel wings. Layered feathers and cotton pearl accents add a graceful finishing touch. The largest wing is fitted with an internal wire, allowing its angle to be freely adjusted to suit your preference.
Around the neck, a rose-motif choker adds an elegant accent, while garter-style knee-high socks and long white pearl boots complete the look.
The doll stand is finished in a white pearl color, and the eye-change charm features a silver wing motif selected to complement the design.
For the first time, the white hair features a glow-in-the-dark material that absorbs light and softly illuminates. It emits a gentle radiance, as though she is surrounded by a delicate aura.
For the eye makeup, a pearl-finished light brown eyeshadow and white eyelashes have been selected. Pairing the eye colors with soft, delicate shades creates an ethereal impression with a translucent beauty.
Blush applied high on the cheeks and to the tip of the nose enhances her innocent charm, completing her innocent and pure expression.
