In recent years, there have been cases of EMS shipments to some countries being lost (lost or stolen) at customs.
For this reason, we have made it possible to select DHL in addition to EMS only for shipments to the relevant countries (the U.S., the Philippines, and Brazil).
Please note that if you ship via EMS and your package is lost at customs, we will not be able to compensate you (reshipment or refund) unless we receive some kind of response or compensation from the customs authorities in your country. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
