Notes and Instructions for Lottery Sales
Please read the following precautions carefully before applying.
Once your application is completed, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the precautions regarding lottery sales.
We will not be able to respond to any inquiries other than those made via the inquiry form, so if you have any questions, please contact us in advance via the inquiry form.
Please note that we respond to inquiries sequentially and it may take some time to reply. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are non-business days.)
・If you exceed the limit, your order will be invalid.
*There will be a limit of one doll per person and two dolls per family throughout all Junie Moon stores. (Only one application per person is allowed. Two different people at the same address can each apply once. However, a separate account is required.)
・Please allow a few days from the time of application to the announcement of the winners, payment, and product shipment.
<About using our store>
・You must have a completed account registration to qualify to apply for the lottery.
Please register your name, address, and phone number on the account page.
For shipments outside of Japan, we can only accept shipments with name and addresses in alphabetical characters. Please enter the correct information in alphabetical characters.
Please note that you must complete this form to qualify for the lottery.
・Please register as a member (free of charge) in order to use our store.
*You can register from the "Confirm Address" tab on the "Account" page.
・Please register with an e-mail address that can receive HTML e-mails.
・We will not respond to inquiries by phone.
・Personal questions regarding lottery results, methods, product availability, etc. will not be answered.
<About application>
・Only registered members can apply for and purchase products. You cannot purchase under another person's name after you have been selected.
・When your application is completed, the application will be switched to the “Application Completed” display. That completes the application process. No email will be sent out.
・The order will not be displayed in your purchase history at the order stage. If you are not sure if your application is complete, please reapply using the application form.
Please note that we will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding the status of your application.
<Cancellation Policy>
・Cancellations are not accepted after registration. Please check the contents carefully before applying.
・Cancellation and refunds are not possible after winning the prize.
If your winning ticket becomes invalid due to non-payment or other reasons after you have been selected, you may not be able to purchase the item at our store or participate in the drawing.
*If you have already paid your deposit when your winning ticket is invalidated due to some matter, the amount will be refunded minus a handling fee.
<Announcement of Winners>
・We will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding the results of the contest.
・Only winners will receive an email on the day the winners are announced.
The results will also be posted on the product page by the end of the day.
The product page will be displayed only to the winners. (Login required)
*Please note that it may take some time for the results to be reflected on the product page. If you are unable to confirm lottery results on the same day, please check again the following day.
<Ordering Procedures after Winning a Prize>
・Only the winners of the contest have the right to purchase the product.
Please note that we may refuse to ship the order to a different person from your account information.
・If you are a winner, please log in and add "KEITA MARUYAMA for Blythe Jade Garden" to your cart during the order processing period.
・You can order other products with the winning product if you wish to have them shipped at the same time.
*If you place separate orders for the items you wish to ship together, they will not be shipped together. Please note you will be charged a shipping fee for each separate order you complete.
・Please note that if you do not complete the order procedure during the period, you will lose the right to purchase the product. This will also jeopardize your eligibility to participate in future lotteries.
・Please note that you will not be able to change the delivery address after the order process is complete. Please check your order carefully before placing your order.
・If someone other than the winner completes the order procedure, the order will be cancelled. (If the deposit has already been made, the refund will be made minus a handling fee.)
<About payment>
・Payment methods cannot be changed after an order has been placed.
・All payments must be made in advance. We will ship products only after we have confirmed receipt of payment.
・If you choose credit card payment, we will process your payment within 7 business days.
**We uniformly refuse the use of cards that are not in your name. Even if the order has been completed, it will be canceled as soon as it is confirmed. We may contact you for confirmation, and if we are unable to contact you, your purchase will be refused.
・If you choose other payment methods, your payment will be processed at the time of order processing.
・Convenience store payment is not available for orders to be delivered outside of Japan.

<About delivery>
・After an order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
・We will ship the items in order from the scheduled shipping date, starting with those for whom payment has been confirmed.
・Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly in English (for international shipments). If the address is not written in English, we may contact you for confirmation, and if we cannot contact you, we will refuse your purchase.
・We do not accept delivery date and time requests. (Only possible for shipments within Japan).
・An e-mail will be sent when the shipment is completed. We will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding tracking numbers, so please refrain from doing so. The tracking number will appear in the shipment completion e-mail and in your purchase history.
・If an item is returned after shipping due to long-term absence, etc., we will take action in accordance with our shipping policy. If you intentionally refuse to receive your order, we will refund only the amount of the return shipping and handling fee.
<Others>
・Please refrain from applying for the purpose of resale. Please note that if we determine that you are engaged in resale or any other similar activity after you have been selected, we may cancel your selection or restrict your use of our store.
・We will not be responsible for any invalidation of your application if you do not follow the above precautions.
