There will be delivery delays to most countries serviced by EMS. China, USA and Korea are experiencing serious delivery delays. This includes online tracking statuses not being updated real time.
As we move into this period of time, we ask for your understanding as express mail services will no longer take 5- 7 days. We are unable to know the length that the shipping will take at the moment and you may not be able to track the status of your shipment online accurately.
