Cancellations are accepted until the morning of the day after your order is placed.
*We will not be able to process cancellation requests after this period.
*If the order has already been prepared for shipping and is canceled due to customer reasons such as refusal to receive the package, we will deduct round-trip shipping and handling fees from the refund.
*Convenience store payment is not available for customers outside Japan.
