By completing your application, you will be considered to have fully understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the lottery sale.
We are unable to respond to any inquiries made through channels other than the inquiry form.
If you have any questions, please be sure to contact us in advance via the inquiry form.
We will respond to inquiries in the order they are received. Please note that it may take some time to receive a reply.
Our business days are weekdays only. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are non-business days (JST).
🛍️ Purchase Limits
●Each person may purchase only 1 item, and a maximum of 2 items per address is allowed.
If the number of purchases or applications exceeds this limit, all related applications will be invalid.
※ Up to 2 people (2 accounts) may apply from the same address.
However, only 1 item per account is allowed, and multiple applications under the same name will be invalid.
※ If you have already placed an order through the advance reservation sale, please refrain from applying.
●It will take some time from the application to the announcement of results, payment, and product shipment.
Please note that cancellations are not accepted after the application has been completed.
🛒Using Our Store
・Please complete your account registration before applying for the lottery.
Register your full name, address (please enter correctly in English, starting from the prefecture), and phone number on your account page.
If registration is incomplete, your application may be considered invalid. Please be careful.
※ Even if the address you enter is missing details such as city name or street number, we do not search or supplement this information based on postal codes. Please enter your address correctly and confirm that your input is saved properly.
※ Registration can be done from the "Confirm Address" section on the "Account" page.
※ We do not supplement address details from postal codes, so please enter everything completely.
※ We are not responsible for any problems caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
・A free membership registration is required to use our store.
・We use HTML emails to contact customers. Please register with an email address that can receive HTML emails.
We are not responsible for any issues caused by failure to receive our emails.
・We do not respond to inquiries by phone.
・We cannot answer individual questions regarding lottery results or the drawing process.

・Only the registered member (account holder) is allowed to apply and make a purchase. Applications or purchases cannot be transferred to others.
・Once your application is complete, the screen will display a confirmation message. This message indicates that your application has been successfully submitted.
Please note that no confirmation email will be sent.
**Your application will not appear in your purchase history at the time of application.
If you are unsure whether your application was completed, you may apply again using the application form.
(If you apply multiple times using the same email address, only one application will be counted, so there is no need to worry.)
・We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the status of your application.
🔼Cancellation Policy
・Cancellations are not allowed after you have submitted your application.
Please make sure to review all details carefully before applying.
・Cancellations or refunds are not possible after winning.
※ If your winning entry becomes invalid due to unpaid fees or other reasons, you may be disqualified from future purchases or participation in lottery sales at our store.
※ If your winning entry is invalidated for any reason after payment has been made, a refund will be issued minus the applicable handling fees.
🎉About the Announcement of Results
・We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the lottery results.
・Only winners will receive an email on the result announcement date (JST).
The result will also be updated on the product page by the end of the day (JST), so please check there as well.
※ The product page will be visible only to the winners. (Login required)
※ It may take some time for the email or the product page to be updated.
If you do not see the result by the end of the day, we kindly ask that you check again the following day.
🔍After Winning – How to Complete Your Order
・Only the winning account has the right to purchase.
If the shipping address is set under a different name from the account holder, it will be considered a transfer and may result in cancellation. Please be careful.
・If you win, please place your order for the relevant product during the order period.
When logged in, you will be able to add the winning item to your cart from the product page.
・You may order other items together with the winning item.
If you wish to have items shipped together, please place them in the same order.
*If items are ordered separately, they will be shipped separately and each shipment will incur its own shipping fee.
・If you do not complete the order during the specified period, your right to purchase will be lost.
・After the order is completed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Inventory is reserved for the number of winners. This is not a first-come, first-served sale, so please double-check all details before placing your order.
・If someone other than the winner places an order, it will be cancelled.
**If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued minus the handling fee.
💳About Payment
・The payment method cannot be changed after you complete your order.
・All payments must be made in advance. We will ship your order only after confirming payment.
・If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be processed within 7 business days (JST).
・The use of credit cards not under the account holder’s name is strictly prohibited.
**“Account holder” refers to the person whose name is registered on the account.
Even family members' credit cards are not allowed.
If such usage is detected, your order will be canceled even if it has already been completed.
We may contact you to confirm details, and if we cannot reach you, we may refuse your purchase.
・Convenience store payment is not available outside Japan.
・For all other payment methods, payment will be processed at the time of order.

📦About Shipping
・The shipping address cannot be changed after the order is completed.
・If shipping overseas, please make sure to enter the address correctly in English.
We may contact you to confirm the address. If we are unable to reach you, your purchase may be declined.
・You cannot specify a delivery date or time.
・Orders will be shipped in the order that payments are confirmed, starting from the scheduled shipping date.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
Please note that we cannot respond to individual tracking number inquiries.
**The shipping confirmation email will be sent in the evening (JST) on the day of shipment.
・If a package is returned to us due to long-term absence or other delivery issues, we will handle the matter according to our shipping policy.
If the item is intentionally refused, a refund will be issued minus round-trip shipping fees and handling charges.
・Any accidents, losses, or other issues during delivery will be handled in accordance with our store policy.
⚠Other Notes
・Applications made for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited.
If we determine that you have engaged in resale or related activities after winning, your winning status may be cancelled and you may be restricted from using our store in the future.
・We are not responsible for any issues resulting from failure to follow the above rules.
If your application is deemed invalid due to a violation, we will not accept any liability.
