This is a reminder about DHL shipping policies and taxation fees.
By purchasing from our site you agree to our shipping terms and the terms of DHL and EMS.
Due to increased global mail issues such as delay, damaged packages or lost packages we declare full value on the customs forms for EMS and DHL.
Please note, we cannot declare a lower value or mark the parcel as gift.All customers are responsible for paying the import and duty taxes applied at their country’s customs office.
If a customer refuses a package due to taxation fees or other reasons we will refund only the cost of the goods. Customers are liable to pay the shipping fee as the shipment has been made.
If an EMS or DHL package is returned to Junie Moon due to the customer not picking up the package, we will only refund the cost of the goods. Customers will still need to pay the shipping fee because the shipment had already been made.
Customers may request for the package to be resent with the customer bearing the cost of the returned shipping.
Again, if you refuse to pay customs taxes on your DHL or EMS order that taxation price will be deducted from your refund as it will be charged to Junie Moon.
