We can't exchange any Neo Blythe in the Happy Bag, even if there is an initial defect. Please note the brown cardboard shipping container is not included with the doll. Please be aware of this before applying.

By applying, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the precautions regarding application. If you have any questions, please contact us beforehand using the inquiry form, as we are unable to respond to inquiries received from sources other than the inquiry form.
Please note that we respond to inquiries sequentially and it may take some time to reply. (Weekends and holidays are non-business days.)
The order cart is different depending on the country you are shipping to. Please be careful not to make any mistakes.
About the use of our store
Step 1: Register a new Junie Moon account on this website. Old Junie Moon accounts have not been transferred.
Step 2: Please use an e-mail address that can receive HTML e-mails. If you current email cannot accept HTML you will miss out on release news and lottery news.
Step 3: We can only reply to customer service inquiries by email using the inquiry form on this site. Older Junie Moon email addresses are no longer in service. Please note, we do not provide customer service via telephone.
Step 4: We will not be able to provide any personal information about the contents of the Happy Bag, this is a blind item product and is meant to be a surprise. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

Winners will be notified you by email when the shipment is completed and update your order with the tracking number.
How to apply
・Due to stronger fraud and identity protections through our new site you can only apply for the lottery yourself.
・Lottery entries are limited one per customer, two entries allowed per household.
・When your application is complete, the application completion message will be displayed and an e-mail will be sent to you. You will receive an email when your order is complete. You will not be able to see your purchase history at this stage. To check if your order has been completed, please log in and go to the relevant product page. The "Apply" button will be displayed only if your application has not been completed.
Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation of applications will be accepted only during the lottery acceptance period. Please cancel your application by clicking "Cancel Application" on the relevant product page.
・No cancellations or refunds will be made after the winners are selected.
Please note that if you cancel after winning, you may not be able to purchase at the store or participate in the lottery. If you have already made a deposit when you cancel, the refund will be minus the handling fee.
Announcement of Winners
・We will not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding the winners.
・You will receive an e-mail on the day of the announcement of the winners. The winners will also be reflected on the product page on the same day, so please check back.
Order processing after winning
・If you are a winner, please place your order for the corresponding product during the order processing period. If you are logged in, you will be able to view the products you have ordered and add them to your cart.
・Please note that if your order is not processed during this period, you will lose the right to purchase the product.
・We are unable to accept any changes to the shipping address after the order is completed. Please check your order carefully before placing it.
・If the order is processed by someone other than the winner, the order will be cancelled.
About payment
・The payment method cannot be changed after the order has been processed.
・All payments must be made in advance. Items will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
・All payment methods available in our store are accepted.
・If you choose to pay by credit card, we will process your payment within 7 business days.
・If you choose another payment method, the payment will be processed when your order is processed.
About delivery
・The shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed.
・From the scheduled shipping date, the items will be shipped sequentially from those whose payment has been confirmed. An email will be sent to you upon completion of shipping. Please note that we are unable to respond to inquiries about the shipping slip number.
・For international customers, the delivery destination must be outside of Japan.
Other
・Because the doll has been on the market for a number of years, we are unable to provide a return or exchange service.
・The brown outer cardboard shipping carton is not included in the product.
・It will be sold blind, so you will not be able to choose what you want to buy.
・We are unable to answer any inquiries about the contents of the grab bag.
・No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for all contents.
・Please do not apply for the purpose of resale. Please note that if you are found to be engaged in resale or similar activities after winning the prize, we may cancel your winnings and restrict your use of the store.

Q: How can I know if you have received my lottery entry?
A: The “Apply” button text will change to “Cancel Application”. You will not receive a confirmation email. If you click “Cancel Application” it will withdraw your entry.
Q: Why can I not log into my Junie Moon account with my old information and password?
A: The new online shopping site has updated fraud and identity confirmation checks to ensure your shopping information is safe. You will need create a new account to use this new site. This will be your new account for all future orders.
Q: Can I and a person I live with enter the same lottery?
A: Yes, there is a limit of two entries per household.
Q: How will I know if I won the lottery?
A: Winners will receive an email notifying them that they have won. Please log into your account on the lottery draw date (as outlined in the description). Go to the product page and if you won you will see the product button has changed to check out. ** People who have not won the lottery will not be emailed.
Q: Can I ship to an address in Japan?
A: No, international and Japanese stock has been set aside for each customer base. International customers must ship products to addresses outside of Japan. If you would like to ship within Japan you must use the website as a Japanese user.
