**Please note that the announcement date for winners and non-winners differs from the Junie Moon store’s lottery result announcement date.
On the result announcement date, an email informing you of the lottery result (win or loss) will be sent.
Please make sure your settings allow you to receive emails from our shop (Domain: @juniemoon.jp). We regret that we cannot respond to inquiries regarding lottery results if the email has not been received.
Please note that lottery results will not be reflected on your account page (purchase history).
We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from undelivered emails. Thank you for your understanding.

【Ordering Period and Payment】
Period: From the winner announcement until Monday, January 19, 2026, 23:59 (JST)
A password will be included in the winning notification email. Please enter the password on the product page to place your order. (You may place an order together with other items.)
Please note that even if you are selected as a winner, your winning status will become invalid if you do not complete the order procedure within the designated period.
Please be sure to complete your order within the specified period.
Payment will be processed according to the selected payment method after order confirmation.
Convenience store payment is not available outside Japan.

【Shipping Schedule】
Shipments will start sequentially from the release date.
Release date: Monday, January 30, 2026 (JST)
**It is not the date of delivery.
You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
This email is not a delivery date notification.
Emails may be sent in the evening on the shipping day.
If shipping cannot start on the release date due to unavoidable reasons, we will notify affected customers by email as soon as possible.
If the release date changes for manufacturer reasons, customers with reservations will be informed by email.
Please make sure you can receive emails from us. We cannot be responsible for troubles caused by missed emails.
