EMS/DHL Shipping
- All times are based on Japanese time.
- Orders placed by Tuesday will be shipped on Friday; however, this may vary due to national holidays (national holidays in Japan are shown in red on the calendar).
- Shipping notification emails will be sent out during the evening or night of the shipping date.
- Shipping dates for pre-order and lottery items are different from normal. Please also check each product page for details.
- Gallery items (artists' items) may have different shipping dates than usual, such as after the exhibition. In such cases, details will be stated on the product page.
- Support is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.

Japan Post has announced a temporary suspension of EMS (Express Mail Service) acceptance.
Accordingly, our store will also temporarily suspend shipments via EMS.
