• Orders placed by Tuesday will be shipped on Friday; however, this may vary due to national holidays.
• Shipping notification emails will be sent out during the evening or night of the shipping date.
• Shipping dates for pre-order and lottery items are different from normal. Please also check each product page for details.
• Gallery items (artists' items) may have different shipping dates than usual, such as after the exhibition. In such cases, details will be stated on the product page.
• Support is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese national holidays.
