As this is a one-of-a-kind item handmade by the artist, we cannot accept cancellations after shipping.
* If we determine that the receipt is intentionally refused, we may refuse to sell any subsequent products. Please be careful.
** Please note, this product is currently available in our store. If the doll sells in the physical store before you order is placed we will cancel and refund your order. In the case of cancellation we will contact you about the refund.
●We do not provide returns or refunds based on a customers preferences.
●If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or an inability to receive it, we will deduct the round-trip shipping charges and refund the amount before canceling the order. *No re-shipment will be made.

This is a work from the "Amore bello e fugace～Romeo and Juliet～" exhibition, which is being held at Junie Moon Daikanyama until July 21, 2024 (Sunday).
Stella, the benevolent goddess of love, gently guides two people whose fates are tossed about by fate, and the little lovers.
The heart pendant that Stella wears around her neck contains a "love potion" that, if used incorrectly, can bring about tragedy in rare cases.
