Thank you for shopping with us. In accordance with the European Union’s "Right of Withdrawal," we have established the following terms and conditions for customers whose orders are shipped to EU member states. These terms apply exclusively to orders with a shipping destination within the EU.
1) Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal) Period
You have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days from the date you receive your items (the delivery completion date indicated by the shipment tracking service) without giving any reason. The delivery completion date will be determined based on the tracking history of EMS or other couriers (or the results of an investigation via Japan Post if tracking information is unavailable).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before returning the item. We strongly recommend using our Inquiry Form for this notification. Standard messaging or external communications run the risk of being filtered into spam folders or failing to deliver due to technical issues, which may cause you to miss the strict 14-day deadline. Utilizing our Inquiry Form is the safest and most secure way to ensure your request is successfully logged and processed.
Please note that items returned without any prior notification may result in severe delays in processing your verification and refund.
2) Refunds and Shipping Costs
Once you notify us of your cancellation within the 14-day period, and after the item is returned to us and its condition is verified, we will, in principle, refund the full amount of 【the product price + the standard shipping cost paid at the time of purchase】.
Return Shipping Costs (Paid by the Customer): The international shipping fees and any associated costs incurred when returning the item to us (Japan) must be borne entirely by the customer.
Customs Duties and Taxes: We cannot refund any customs duties, local consumption taxes, or import fees paid at the time of importation. Please contact your local customs office directly to request a refund for these charges.
3) Diminution of Value (Reduction in Refund Amount due to Unpacking/Use)
While you have the right to inspect the nature and functionality of the products, if the products are handled or used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functionality, a deduction will be made from your refund corresponding to the diminished value of the goods (up to 100%).
Blythe Dolls and Artist-Crafted Items: Please handle these items with extreme care. These are highly delicate collectible items. Actions such as removing the doll from its original outer/display packaging, undressing it, combing its hair, or opening sealed internal accessory bags go beyond reasonable inspection and are considered "use." In such cases, the commercial value as a new collectible item is severely diminished. Therefore, please be aware that such items will be subject to a substantial reduction in the refund amount, which may amount to a 100% deduction (resulting in no refund) depending on our inspection.
General Merchandise (Apparel, Daily Goods, Kitchenware, Interior Items, etc.): If the product is handled in a manner that exceeds what would be permitted for inspection in a physical retail store, it will be considered used. Depending on the condition, this will result in a substantial reduction in the refund amount. Examples include:
Removing tags from clothing or bags, wearing items outdoors, or causing stains/odors (such as perfume).
Actually using tableware or cooking utensils, or washing/rinsing them.
Significantly damaging the product packaging or losing parts/accessories.
Blind Boxes, Mystery Bags, and Random/Surprise Items: The primary commercial value of these items relies on the contents being unknown (unopened). While you may open the outer shipping box or the main luggage/bag of a "Mystery Bag" to inspect it, opening the individual sealed internal blind packaging (such as sealed foil bags, individual character boxes, or shrink wrap) directly destroys the item's unique "blind" value. Therefore, any opened blind-packaging items will be subject to a severe reduction in the refund amount, up to 100% (resulting in no refund), as they can no longer be resold as blind items.
Note on Initial Defects: If an initial defect (manufacturing flaw) is discovered after opening the product, we will handle it via replacement or other means in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Please contact us separately in such cases.
