A1) We’re sorry, but we cannot check individual applications.
Please resubmit your application via the application page.
If you apply using the same email address, it will be counted as a single application per person, so you can rest assured.
Q2) I applied before creating an account. Will this cause an issue?
A2) There is no problem as long as you register within the lottery application period.
Please create a member account using the email address you used for the application and register your personal information (name, address, phone number).
