Before entering the lottery, please make sure your account is fully registered.
If your account is already registered and all required information is complete, no further action is needed.
However, if you have not yet registered your account, or if any of the following information is missing or incorrect, please complete your registration before entering the lottery:

●Complete address (including the correct prefecture)
●Phone number
For international shipping, your name and address must be entered in English.
If this information is not entered correctly, your lottery entry may be considered invalid or canceled.
You can check and update your information on the “Account” page under “View Address.”

When your application is complete, the “Application Complete” will be displayed. Your application is complete at that point.
The order will not appear in your purchase history at this stage. If you are unsure whether your application has been successfully submitted, you may re-apply using the lottery form.
**Multiple applications from the same account will only be counted as one entry.**
We will not be able to respond to inquiries regarding the status of your application, notes, or other information. If you have any questions, please check the notes carefully again.
・Purchase Limit
There will be a limit of one piece per person and two pieces per family throughout all Junie Moon stores. (Only one application per person is allowed. Two different people at the same address can each apply once.)
If we confirm that an order exceeds the limit, all applications will be voided.
In addition, if we confirm that an order exceeds the maximum number of pieces after the winners have been selected, we will cancel the order and revoke the right to purchase the pieces.
If the delivery address is different from the account holder, it will be considered a transfer and the order may be canceled.
・If you find a defect with the product, please contact “GSC” within one month from the date you have received the product.
We do not handle defects for this product.

Results Announcement Date From Thursday, September 9, 2026, around 3:00 PM JST. Please note that updates may be delayed. We will send an email with the lottery results to all customers who have applied. If you unsubscribe from our newsletter before the announcement date, you will not receive the winning email. Please complete the order using the account that received the winning email. Orders placed with a different email address will be canceled. Q: How can I know if you have received my lottery entry?
A: When the application is completed, you will be redirected to the application completion page. The application is complete when this page is displayed.
(No email will be sent).
Q: Can I and a person I live with enter the same lottery?
A: Yes, it is possible.
Only one application per person is allowed. Two different people at the same address can each apply once.
Please use separate accounts for each.
(You cannot apply under the same account)
Q: How will I know if I won the lottery?
A: On the lottery announcement date, all participants will receive an email with the results.
The email sent to winners will include the password required to place an order, so please be sure to check your email.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from being unable to receive the email.
Q:Is it possible to ship to an address within Japan?
A:Yes, it is possible. Please enter a delivery address where you can personally receive the item.
The orderer (account holder) and the recipient must be the same person. Otherwise, it will be considered a transfer and the order will be canceled.
