The lottery results (win/lose) will be announced via email, and winning customers will receive an email containing the password.

Please place your order by Tuesday, September 8.
Each Winner is limited to the purchase of one (1) item only.

For the purposes of these terms, ‘Winner’ refers to the individual whose legal name is registered on the winning account.
The right to purchase is granted exclusively to the Winner and is non-transferable.
(If the name of the delivery recipient does not match the Winner’s name, the order will be deemed a transfer.)

Important Notices

• If an order is not placed by Tuesday, September 8, the winning status will be invalidated, regardless of the reason.

• Orders exceeding the purchase limit will be cancelled.
  The second and any subsequent orders are subject to cancellation.

• Only the Winner has the right to purchase. Transfers are not permitted.
  If the delivery recipient’s name does not match the Winner’s name, the order will be deemed a transfer and cancelled.
  In the event of a violation, the order will be invalidated and any refund will be issued after deducting applicable handling fees.

• Changes to the delivery address cannot be made after the order process is completed.
  Stock has been secured according to the number of Winners; this is not a first-come, first-served sale. Please confirm all details carefully before placing your order.

• Changes to the payment method cannot be made after the order process is completed.

• Only credit cards issued in the name of the Winner may be used.
  If the use of a credit card issued in another person’s name is confirmed, the order will be invalidated.
  Use of credit cards issued in the name of family members or any third party is not permitted.

• Convenience store payment is not available outside Japan.
  

• If there are any other matters requiring confirmation in addition to the information above, we may send you a confirmation email. Please note that if you do not reply to the confirmation email by the deadline, your order may be canceled.

• If a product is returned after shipment for any reason, the right to purchase will be forfeited.
  Any refund will be issued after deducting round-trip shipping fees and handling charges.

• Any accidents, loss, or other issues during delivery will be handled in accordance with our store policies.

Shipping Schedule

Items will be shipped sequentially starting from the release date.
(Specific delivery dates cannot be selected. Time-slot selection is available within Japan only.)

A notification email will be sent once shipment is completed.
This is not the delivery date.
Please note that the email may be sent in the evening or later on the day of shipment.

If the release date is changed due to manufacturer circumstances, affected customers will be notified by email.
Please ensure that you are able to receive emails from our store.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from failure to receive our emails.

• Cancellations or refunds after winning are not permitted.
  If a winning status is invalidated due to non-payment or other reasons, future purchases or participation in lotteries at our store may be restricted.
  If payment has already been made at the time the winning status is invalidated, a refund will be issued after deducting applicable handling fees.

• Resale activities are strictly prohibited.
